As the original inventor of a number of seminal technologies in use worldwide, Scott Redmond is often hired by corporations for his ability to innovate. For decades Mr. Redmond has always followed a practice of first seeking to market and sell products he helped develop. In many cases competitors felt that they were so big they could just copy his technologies, even though he was the first to invent, use, patent or describe those technologies.
After a number of decades of seeing just a bit too much theft of his hard work, he has decided it is time to recover those assets. In seeking the money, which is rightfully his investors and his, the term “patent troll” has been used by the hired attack bloggers. This term applies to third parties who buy the IP of others in order to annoy others. Scott Redmond is the original inventor and investor of each patent he is involved in litigating and he is seeking the money his investors and he is owed. That is not “trolling”, that is getting paid what you are owed.
The cases are not expected to have any effect on consumers.
Scott Redmond has been very productive during his career. He has effectively created product firsts, industry firsts and political action programs, all of which have worked quite well. In the course of his career he has produced products and technologies that have defeated powerful competitors, helped to put corrupt politicians out of office or in jail, created technologies that assisted with regime change in dictator-based nations and otherwise “pissed off” certain parties because he is good at what he does. A few of those parties have hired “hitmen” bloggers to seek to attack his credibility and damage his brand online via malicious blogs and fake articles about him.
These bloggers are a few people who change their usernames constantly in order to appear to be many different people in order to seek to create as much malicious feedback as possible.
Our legal contractors generally sue the publishers of the these fake blogs for at least $5M (because that is the minimum amount of damage they cause) subpoena their server records, track the parties and audit the author’s career paths accordingly, on a permanent basis.
We are glad to respond to each and every inquiry, in person, if that inquiry questions the credibility of Scott Redmond, any of his business investments or any of his ventures that are not covered by an NDA or government confidentiality agreement.
To date, no party has ever found a questionable, unethical, or negative fact about Mr. Redmond. All that they have found is hundreds of letters of reference from The White House, Mayors, Heads of business, corporate clients, agency CEO’s and other highly credible parties who have verified Scott Redmond’s moral, ethical and professional credibility for decades.
Our investigators are fully aware of the identities of a certain car company, a certain phone company and two specific politicians that have hired the attack bloggers that are currently at work. We have exciting plans for their futures.
One of the hired attack bloggers advertised himself on Facebook and other personal profile sites as a: “Hired Character Assassin”. We caught him via server logs and post checkers and he is now facing a five million dollar lawsuit already filed in Superior Court and planned for appeal as high as the Supreme Court as well as ongoing investigation for his unethical actions. His boss paid for a malicious and false posting to get a PR8 rating on Google which proves that it was not presented as opinion but as a “fact based statement” which means that the court will find against them.
